1.42012, section 256I.05, by adding a subdivision.
1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 256I.05, is amended by adding a
1.7subdivision to read:
1.8 Subd. 1p. Supplementary service rate; Stearns County. Notwithstanding the
1.9provisions of this section effective July 1, 2015, a county agency shall negotiate a
1.10supplementary service rate in addition to the rate specified in subdivision 1, not to exceed
1.11$482.84 per month, for a group residential housing provider serving veterans located
1.12in Stearns County.
