1.1A Senate resolution
1.2congratulating Nicholas G. C. Wilkowski of Minneapolis, Minnesota, for receiving
1.3the Eagle Award.
1.4WHEREAS, the Eagle Award is the highest award given by the Boy Scouts of America; and
1.5WHEREAS, attaining the rank of Eagle in the Boy Scouts is an important achievement
1.6that is worthy of recognition; and
1.7WHEREAS, Nicholas G. C. Wilkowski is a member of Boy Scouts of America Troop 103
1.8and has displayed the attributes of a responsible and serving member; and
1.9WHEREAS, he has demonstrated mastery of all scouting skills and completed a
1.10community service project; and
1.11WHEREAS, he successfully passed his Eagle Board of Review on December 5, 2011; and
1.12NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Minnesota that
1.13it congratulates Nicholas G. C. Wilkowski of Minneapolis, Minnesota, for receiving the Eagle
1.14Award.
1.15BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is directed to prepare a
1.16copy of this resolution, to be authenticated by the Secretary's signature and that of the Chair of the
1.17Senate Rules and Administration Committee, and transmit it to Nicholas G. C. Wilkowski.
