Senate Resolution No. 2363

        COMMEMORATING  the  15th  Anniversary of Oliveri's
        Pizzeria of Hamilton, New York

  WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative  Body  to  honor  those
businesses  within  the  State  of New York which distinguish themselves
through outstanding professional  behavior,  corporate  innovation,  and
enduring commitment to the community; and

  WHEREAS,  Attendant  to  such  concern,  and in full accord with its
long-standing traditions, this  Legislative  Body  is  justly  proud  to
commemorate  the 15th Anniversary of Oliveri's Pizzeria of Hamilton, New
York; and

  WHEREAS, Mike Clare, the owner of Oliveri's  Pizzeria,  believes  in
providing  consistent  service  and  delicious  food  to the citizens of
Hamilton, New York and beyond; and

  WHEREAS, As a result of his unrelenting dedication to  the  business
and  its  customers,  Oliveri's  Pizzeria has become a staple to locals;
many individuals, families, friend groups,  college  organizations,  and
more have created valuable traditions and memories centered around meals
from this Italian-American hub; and

  WHEREAS,  Oliveri's  Pizzeria  boasts  a  menu of a great variety of
foods, and, paired with a passionate staff, it is no surprise that  this
pillar  of  the  community  has  overcome the adversities related to the
COVID-19 pandemic, continuing to serve residents of Hamilton  throughout
the countless months of nuanced operation restrictions and hurdles; and

  WHEREAS,  The success of Oliveri's Pizzeria is in direct correlation
to the efforts of its dedicated leadership and staff, whose  involvement
is,  and  always has been, characterized by an impressive commitment, an
unbridled enthusiasm, and an uncompromising standard  of  excellence  in
all endeavors on behalf of the businesses and the communities it serves;
and

  WHEREAS,  It  is  with  great  pleasure  that  this Legislative Body
acknowledges this exceptional business, its contributions to  the  local
and  state  economies,  and its vibrant role in improving the quality of
life in its community, fully confident it will  continue  to  enjoy  the
same sparkling successes it has experienced thus far; now, therefore, be
it

  RESOLVED,  That  this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
commemorate the 15th Anniversary of Oliveri's Pizzeria of Hamilton,  New
York; and be it further

  RESOLVED,  That  a  copy  of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to the owner of Oliveri's Pizzeria, Mike Clare.
