AN ACT making a supplementary appropriation of federal funds out of the Treasury from the balance of federal moneys remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, to the Department of Health and Human Resources, Division of Human Services, fund 8722, fiscal year 2022, organization 0511, by supplementing and amending the appropriations for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022.


Whereas, The Governor has established the availability of federal funds for expenditure in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, which are hereby appropriated by the terms of this supplementary appropriation bill; therefore

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:


That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, to fund 8722, fiscal year 2022, organization 0511, be supplemented and amended by increasing existing items of appropriation as follows:
