Page 1, line 44, after the period insert "When available, the director shall select an existing Arizona emergency medical services provider to provide services under the temporary authority."
Page 2, line 1, strike "three" insert "one"
Line 2, strike "sixty‑five" insert "eighty"; strike "once" insert "three times"; after the period insert "Before the renewal of a temporary authority to operate, the director shall provide public notice and an opportunity for public comment on the level of service and satisfaction with the emergency medical services provider that is providing services under the temporary authority."
After line 15, insert:
"Sec. 3. Emergency
This act is an emergency measure that is necessary to preserve the public peace, health or safety and is operative immediately as provided by law."
