HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AMENDMENTS TO H.B. 2394

Strike everything after the enacting clause and insert:

"Section 1.  Laws 2011, chapter 157, section 22 is amended to read:

Sec. 22.  Tax on self-insured employers

For the purposes of calculating any tax or assessment to be paid by an authorized self-insured employer, including a workers' compensation pool under title 23, chapter 6, Arizona Revised Statutes, the deviation rate is set at ten per cent for calendar years 2013, 2014 and 2015 through 2020."

Amend title to conform
