FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION

 

1.   Prohibits attendees of a final adoption hearing from disclosing the content of testimony provided at the hearing.

2.   Specifies that the juvenile court or clerk of the court is not restricted from communicating relevant case information with the family court or the clerk of the court.
