AN ACT

 

appropriating monies to the Arizona trail fund.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; Arizona trail fund

Notwithstanding section 41‑511.21, Arizona Revised Statutes, the sum of $250,000 is appropriated from the state parks revenue fund established by section 41-511.21, Arizona Revised Statutes, in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the Arizona trail fund established by section 41‑511.15, Arizona Revised Statutes.
