AN ACT

 

amending section 37‑103, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to the state land department.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Section 37-103, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:

START_STATUTE37-103.  Seal of state land department

The state land department shall have a seal, and it shall be affixed with the signature of the state land commissioner to all instruments of conveyance, leases, certificates and other official acts.  The signature of the commissioner and seal of the department upon on the original or a copy of any paper, plat, map or document from the state land department shall impart verity thereto to that original or copy.
