An Act

 

appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; department of transportation; State Route 24

The sum of $18,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the department of transportation to distribute to Pinal county for the engineering and design costs for the extension of State Route 24.
