amending title 49, chapter 3, article 5, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 49-559; relating to air quality.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 49, chapter 3, article 5, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 49-559, to read:
49-559. Emissions inspection program; post-2018 models; exemption
notwithstanding any other law, a VEHICLE that is manufactured in or after the 2018 model year is exempt from the annual emissions program PRESCRIBED by this article.
