AN ACT
amending section
28‑4591, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to motor vehicle dealers.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Section 28-4591, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:
28-4591. Violation; classification; posting of violation information on website
A. A person who violates this article or articles 1 through 7 of this chapter is guilty of a class 3 misdemeanor unless another classification is specifically prescribed in this chapter.
B. The department shall post on its
website both:
1. The name of a motor vehicle dealer
that has violated any laws of this state.
2. The specific laws that the motor
vehicle dealer has violated.
