AN ACT

 

appropriating monies to the corporation commission.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; corporation commission; railway safety inspectors

In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2020‑2021, the sum of $196,600 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the corporation commission for the purpose of funding two railway safety inspectors.
