An Act

 

repealing section 41-3024.31, Arizona Revised Statutes; repealing title 41, chapter 10, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to the Arizona commerce authority.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Repeal

A. Title 41, chapter 10, Arizona Revised Statutes, is repealed.

B. Section 41-3024.31, Arizona Revised Statutes, is repealed.

Sec. 2. Conforming legislation

The legislative council staff shall prepare proposed legislation conforming the Arizona Revised Statutes to the provisions of this act for consideration in the fifty-seventh legislature, first regular session.
