AN ACT
Amending title 8, chapter 10, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 8-820; relating to child protective services.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 8, chapter 10, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 8-820, to read:
8-820. Contracts for psychological assessments or services; state licensure
If the department contracts with a psychologist to provide an assessment of or services to a child or parent in this state pursuant to this chapter or chapter 5 of this title, the psychologist must be licensed pursuant to title 32, chapter 19.1.
