AB 437, as introduced, Rodriguez. Emergency services.
Existing law, the Warren-911-Emergency Act, provides for an emergency response system among city and county police and first responders to provide coordinated emergency services to persons in emergency situations.
This bill would express the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation that would modify emergency response systems to improve interactions between people with disabilities and law enforcement and other first responders.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 It is the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation that modifies emergency response systems to improve interactions between people with disabilities and law enforcement and other first responders.
