LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST
AB 812, as introduced, Chen.
Counties: officers: auditor.
Existing law establishes, among other offices of county government, the office of county auditor and prescribes the duties of the county auditor. Existing law requires that the county auditor or, in counties that have the office of controller, the auditor-controller be the chief accounting officer of the county.
