Assembly Bill | No. 930 |
Introduced by Assembly Member Travis Allen |
February 16, 2017 |
Existing law establishes the State Lands Commission and prescribes the functions and duties of the commission with regard to the control and administration of state lands. Existing law requires the commission to meet, upon due notice to all members thereof, at those times and places within the state as are deemed necessary by it for the transaction of its business.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes in those provisions governing commission meetings.
The commission shall meet, upon due notice to all its members, at those times and places within the state deemed necessary by
the commission for the proper transaction of its business.
