election precinct. Existing law prohibits a place where the primary
purpose of the establishment is the sale and dispensation of
alcoholic beverages from being used as a polling place.
This bill will make technical, nonsubstantive changes to the
latter provision.
Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: no.
State-mandated local program: no.
