AN ACT CONCERNING COMPUTER KEYBOARDING INSTRUCTION IN KINDERGARTEN AND ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-16b of the general statutes be amended to permit local and regional boards of education to offer computer keyboarding instruction to students enrolled in kindergarten and elementary school.
Statement of Purpose:
To introduce students to computer keyboarding at an early age by permitting districts to offer such a course in kindergarten and elementary school.
