AN ACT CONCERNING THE SALMON RIVER.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to require that the Salmon River water pumps remain open and available as a regional water source for Connecticut residents.

Statement of Purpose:

To provide for the availability of a regional spring water source.
