AN ACT CONCERNING THE COLLECTION OF FEDERAL DAIRY CHECK-OFF PROGRAM FUNDS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to authorize the Connecticut Milk Promotion Board to collect federal Dairy Check-off Program funds and expend such funds on promotion.

Statement of Purpose:

To allow the Connecticut Milk Production Board to collect federal Dairy Check-off Program funds.
