AN ACT CONCERNING SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS IN WINDHAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That, notwithstanding the provisions of section 10-283 of the general statutes or any regulation adopted by the State Board of Education pursuant to said section 10-283 concerning ineligible costs, the town of Windham shall be eligible to receive reimbursement for costs associated with an off-site connection to sanitary sewer and public water service utilities that will serve the Windham Interdistrict Magnet School (Project Number 163-0071 MAG/N).
Statement of Purpose:
To allow the town of Windham to be reimbursed for costs associated with an off-site connection to sanitary and public water service utilities at the Windham Interdistrict Magnet School.
