AN ACT REQUIRING THE REINSTATEMENT OF TOLLS ON MAJOR STATE HIGHWAYS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the Department of Transportation shall reinstate tolls on major state highways in order to increase state revenue, and shall provide a method for the electronic payment of such tolls.

Statement of Purpose:

To increase state revenue by the reinstatement of tolls on major state highways.
