AN ACT PROHIBITING THE USE OF STATE FUNDS FOR SPEECHES AT PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 10a of the general statutes be amended to prohibit the use of state funds for speeches at public institutions of higher education.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the use of taxpayer dollars to fund speeches at public institutions of higher education.
