AN ACT LIMITING THE USE OF BOND PROCEEDS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to require that bond proceeds be used only for capital projects.

Statement of Purpose:

To provide that bond proceeds be used only for capital projects.
