AN ACT CONCERNING RAISING THE THRESHOLD FOR PREVAILING WAGE PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subsection (g) of section 31-53 of the general statutes be amended to adjust the threshold amount to meet the prevailing wage requirements to one million dollars for new construction and four hundred thousand dollars for renovation projects and to index the thresholds to the inflation rate thereafter.
