AN ACT CONCERNING LANDOWNER LIABILITY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to provide immunity to any landowner from liability resulting from conditions on the land, except for conditions resulting from the gross negligence of the landowner, regardless of whether the landowner is the state, a municipality, a private person or a land trust.
