AN ACT CONCERNING DEREGULATION OF THE NATURAL GAS MARKET.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 16 of the general statutes be amended to deregulate the natural gas market to allow natural gas customers to choose their supplier.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow natural gas customers to choose their natural gas supplier.
