AN ACT CONCERNING APPLICATIONS FOR ABSENTEE BALLOTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 9-140 of the general statutes be amended to require that any requested application for an absentee ballot be mailed to the elector's residence unless the elector decides otherwise.

Statement of Purpose:

To require that any requested application for an absentee ballot be mailed to the elector's residence unless the elector does not want it to be mailed to them.
