AN ACT CONCERNING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A STATE CERTIFIED MASTER BARBER COURSE AND UTILIZATION OF UNIFORM LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 386 of the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Public Health to: (1) Create a state certified master barber course; and (2) adopt uniform master barber licensure requirements.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Department of Public Health to: (1) Create a state certified master barber course; and (2) adopt uniform master barber licensure requirements.
