AN ACT CONCERNING VOYEURISM.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to extend the crime of voyeurism to voyeurism committed pursuant to trespass, establish a heightened penalty for voyeurism when committed against a child under sixteen years of age, and require offenders to register as sexual offenders with the Commissioner of Emergency Services and Public Protection.

Statement of Purpose:
