AN ACT CONCERNING THE DISCONTINUANCE OF ROADS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 13a-49 of the general statutes be amended to distinguish "discontinued" roads from roads that have been "closed" by a municipality.

Statement of Purpose:

To clarify the law concerning municipal discontinuance of roads.
