AN ACT CONCERNING CHILDHOOD IMMUNIZATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 368a of the general statutes be amended to (1) require the Department of Public Health to provide health care providers who vaccinate children with vaccines available to the department from the National Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, (2) allow health care providers to charge patients for expenses related to vaccines, and (3) require the Department of Public Health to establish a childhood immunization advisory council.
