AN ACT ALLOWING MUNICIPALITIES TO CONSOLIDATE BOARD OF EDUCATION NONEDUCATIONAL-RELATED SERVICES WITH TOWN SERVICES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to allow municipalities the ability to consolidate board of education noneducational-related services with town services.

Statement of Purpose:

To allow municipalities the ability to consolidate noneducational-related services.
