AN ACT AUTHORIZING NONMEMBER TOWNS TO HAVE REPRESENTATION ON THE METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COMMISSION.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to allow nonmember towns to have representatives on the Metropolitan District Commission.

Statement of Purpose:

To provide for nonmember representation on the Metropolitan District Commission.
