AN ACT CONCERNING ACCESS TO BIRTH RECORDS BY SCHOOL SUPERINTENDENTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 7-51 of the general statutes be amended to allow public school superintendents to access birth records of students within their school districts.

Statement of Purpose:

To grant access to birth records by school superintendents.
