AN ACT CONCERNING ELECTION DAY REGISTRATION.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to allow for election day registration.

Statement of Purpose:

To permit eligible citizens to register and vote on election day.
