AN ACT PROTECTING THE STATE'S WATER RESOURCES DURING A DROUGHT OR PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY EMERGENCY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to prioritize water usage during declared droughts.

Statement of Purpose:

To protect the state's water resources during a drought.
