AN ACT TO PHASE OUT THE HOSPITAL TAX OVER FIVE YEARS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 12-263b of the general statutes be amended to phase out the hospital tax over five years, beginning July 1, 2017.
