RESOLUTION GRANTING THE CLAIMS COMMISSIONER AN EXTENSION OF TIME TO DISPOSE OF THE CLAIM OF MARY ANN DEANGELIS.

Resolved by this Assembly:

That the Claims Commissioner be granted an extension for a period of one year from the date of the final adoption of this resolution by this Assembly to dispose of the claim against the state of Mary Ann DeAngelis, file number 23742 of said commissioner.
