AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR SUBMARINE JOBS AND OPPORTUNITIES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That additional funds be appropriated for infrastructure costs, workforce development programs, community colleges and high schools that correspond to the needs of employers involved with defense contracts for submarine design, construction, repair and maintenance.

Statement of Purpose:

To strategically appropriate funds to provide high-skill, high-wage jobs in the submarine industry.
