AN ACT CONCERNING FULL FUNDING OF THE STATE'S SMALL HOSPITAL POOL.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 17b-239e of the general statutes be amended to ensure full funding of the supplemental payment pool for small hospitals.

Statement of Purpose:

To ensure the financial viability of small hospitals.
