AN ACT CONCERNING PRESUMPTIVE MEDICAID ELIGIBILITY FOR HOME CARE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 17b-342 of the general statutes be amended to establish presumptive Medicaid eligibility for home care applicants whose medical needs meet or exceed skilled nursing level of care.
Statement of Purpose:
To create certain presumptive eligibility for home care benefits.
