AN ACT REQUIRING LEGISLATIVE APPROVAL OF CERTAIN AGREEMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require a vote by each chamber of the General Assembly on all state employee collective bargaining agreements under chapter 68 of the general statutes.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide legislative oversight of state employee collective bargaining agreements.
