AN ACT CONCERNING SECRETARIES IN STATE CORRECTIONAL FACILITIES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to include secretaries working in state correctional facilities as hazardous duty employees for purposes of their state pensions.

Statement of Purpose:

To consider secretaries working in state correctional facilities as hazardous duty employees for purposes of their state pensions.
