AN ACT CONCERNING PERIODS OF PROBATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide that whenever an individual on probation is incarcerated for another offense, the probation period is tolled until such time as such individual is released.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit an individual from completing a period of probation while incarcerated for another crime.
