       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Pizzo) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 950 and 951
    4  insert:
    5         Section 14. Subsection (2) of section 790.151, Florida
    6  Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         790.151 Using firearm while under the influence of
    8  alcoholic beverages, chemical substances, or controlled
    9  substances; penalties.—
   10         (2) For the purposes of this section, “readily accessible
   11  for immediate discharge” means loaded and on or about the person
   12  in a person’s hand.

   16         Delete line 55
   17  and insert:
