       Senator Berman moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 169 and 170
    4  insert:
    5         (j) Require all organizations within the network to employ
    6  or use only licensed ultrasound technicians to provide any
    7  ultrasound services to clients.
    8         (k) Perform an annual financial audit of each organization
    9  within the network.
   10         (l) Require all organizations within the network to comply
   11  with the patient confidentiality requirements of the Health
   12  Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and its
   13  implementing regulations.
