       Senator Bradley moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 24 - 26
    4  and insert:
    5  provided by rules of the State Board of Education. However,
    6  Florida State College at Jacksonville shall have an odd number
    7  of trustees, and St. Johns River State College shall have seven
    8  trustees from the three-county area that the college serves.
